What is SpicyChat AI?

SpicyChat AI is a character roleplay chat with a free tier and three paid plans, run by NextDay AI. A September 8, 2026 update reportedly raised the three monthly prices to USD 5.95, 19.95 and 29.95 (approx. RM24.40, RM81.80 and RM122.80); we could not confirm it independently, so the table shows the established USD 4.95, 14.95 and 24.95 grid. Check the checkout price before paying. The cheapest upgrade keeps the same context window as the free tier. Despite the similar name, SpicyAI is an independent review site and not part of SpicyChat. What SpicyChat will charge at checkout

SpicyChat bills in US dollars, converted here at RM4.10. There is a second reason to read the total at checkout: a September 2026 price rise has been reported but not confirmed, so the amount you see may sit above our table. We have not paid for a plan from Malaysia, so card acceptance is untested. The interface is in English; adults 18+ only, and the character pictured is fictional.

Is SpicyChat AI free?

Yes for everyday roleplay. SpicyChat AI keeps core chat free; the cap of about 100 messages a day comes from reports. The free tier also has the same 4,096-token context as Get A Taste, the cheapest paid plan, so upgrading at that level does not let a character hold more of the conversation.

SpicyChat AI pricing in RM

The grid below is SpicyChat’s established USD pricing, converted at RM4.10 (Bank Negara Malaysia reference, October 2026). It does not include the September 2026 increase that was reported but not confirmed.

The three paid prices in the table are monthly. If the reported September 2026 increase turns out to be real, Get A Taste goes up by about RM4.10 a month and the two higher tiers by about RM20.50 each.

Memory and voice

Context grows with the plan: 4,096 tokens on free and Get A Taste, 8,192 on True Supporter and 16,384 on I’m All In. Context is what the model reads for each reply; Memory Manager, from Get A Taste, and Semantic Memory 2.0, from True Supporter, are the tools for keeping chosen details beyond it. Voice means text-to-speech on the top tier, which reads replies aloud rather than placing a call. Those are plan features as listed; we did not test how well recall or the voice performs.

Filters and NSFW content

SpicyChat allows uncensored roleplay, but uncensored here still means within its written rules. Content involving minors, non-consent, real people who have not consented and illegal material is banned, and nothing on the plan grid suggests a paid tier changes that. Characters are fictional and the service is for adults 18+; check the current policy, since rules can change.

Is there an app?

Yes, on iPhone: the App Store lists a SpicyChat app under NextDay AI, the company that runs the service. We could not confirm an Android version, so on Android the browser is the safe option until NextDay AI links to a Play Store listing itself. Skip APKs from download sites.

Refunds and the company behind it

SpicyChat is run by NextDay AI Inc. of Montreal, Canada. We found no published refund policy in our sources, so assume cancelling only stops the next monthly charge. Every tier is monthly, which keeps the commitment small, and Get A Taste is enough if Memory Manager is what you want. We found no current independent rating.

Who should use SpicyChat AI?

SpicyChat AI fits regular roleplay on a budget: core chat is free, and the first paid tier costs approx. RM20.30 a month. That tier adds Memory Manager but keeps the free 4,096-token context; you need True Supporter for 8,192 tokens and I’m All In (approx. RM102.30) for text-to-speech. A price rise reported for September 2026 is not confirmed, so check the total at checkout.

Our score: 4.3 / 5 (provisional). Free core chat and a plan grid that states the context for every tier earn its place; the unconfirmed price rise and Android app are the open questions.
